Bolero for a Zouave Corporal, Model 1879, made of dark blue cloth with red soutache braids and trims, featuring white tombô of the 2nd Regiment of Zouaves.

Unbleached linen lining.

Regimental stamp from the 2nd Zouaves Regiment (Oran, Algeria) and military acceptance stamp present.

Marksmanship award embroidered in golden bullion, originally mounted on the left sleeve.
