Luftwaffe Officer Overseas Cap, Schiffchen für Offiziere

Overseas cap for a Luftwaffe Officer. Called “Schiffchen” (little boat) in German due to its characteristic shape.

Made from high-quality Luftwaffe blue tricot, it features silver piping indicating an officer’s rank.

The Luftwaffe eagle on the front and the black-white-red national cockade are original, period-mounted, with no later modifications.

The grey/blue cotton interior is in very good condition. There is a faint, illegible stamp mark.

All the seams are strong.

Condition: Overall good condition, with a few small, discreet snags.
