US M-1910 Entrenching Shovel

US Model 1910 T-handle shovel complete with its carrier manufactured by W.L. Dumas Mfg. Co., dated 1943.

US marking visible on the shovel blade, with traces of the original paint remaining.

Overall in fair condition. The blade has a small loss along one edge, and the wooden handle shows old evidence of wood-boring insect activity (wormholes).
