Wehrmacht Map Case, World War II

Fine German map case from the Second World War.

Made of fawn-colored grained leather, it features its two rear straps.

The maker’s mark under the flap is almost illegible, the year of manufacture appears to be 1940.

The original rubber has been replaced with a small piece of wood to help preserve the shape. The remaining utensils were present inside the map case when it was found; however, the origin of these items cannot be guaranteed.

Condition: Good condition, leather remains supple.
