Bayonet for the M1 Garand rifle manufactured by Union Fork & Hoe (UFH), which produced 460,000 units between 1943 and 1944.

This model, designed in 1943, is identical to the earlier 1905-42 model, except for its shorter blade length, now measuring 10 inches / 254 mm (the 1905-42 model has a 16-inch / 406 mm blade).

The blade features a rounded fuller on each side and ends in a spear point.

The Ordnance Department symbol is stamped on the ricasso.

The bayonet comes with its original M7 scabbard.
