Adrian helmet Model 1915 from the Engineer Corps, featuring its dull-blue paint, hand-applied with a brush during the large repainting campaign of September 1916.
Front insignia is the 1915 model with cuirass and helmet emblem of the Engineer Corps.
First-type black leather liner with seven “wolf teeth” tongues. Drawstring present.
The helmet retains its aluminium adjustment wafers placed against the shell.
The turban (located at the back of the sweatband) is in bluish iron-grey color (gris de fer bleuté).
The helmet includes its brass “Soldier of the Great War” plaque, sent in 1919, to all demobilized soldiers and officers.
Second-type Adrian helmet, “artisanally” repainted from a first-type model. Appropriate for 1916–1918 period.
Condition: Good overall condition, missing chinstrap.
