Helmet retaining its original factory paint in dark glossy horizon blue.
Front insignia model 1915 features a caduceus surrounded by laurel and oak leaves.
Second-type liner made of brown leather with six “wolf teeth” tongues. The turban (located at the back of the sweatband) is of bluish iron-grey color (gris de fer bleuté).
The helmet has four adjustment wavy aluminum strips placed against the hull.
Manufacturer’s stamp “Dupeyron Paris” is present at the bottom of the shell, along with a size “A” stamp.
Original riveted chinstrap made of goatskin leather.
The shell features two flat-headed, obliquely-placed side rivets, typical of Dupeyron manufacturer.
A name is engraved under the neck guard: “Eugène CHEVAUX.”
Condition: Fairly good condition of preservation.
