Smooth walnut grips secured by split screws and bolts.
The handle includes its cleaning hole as per manufacturing standards starting in 1916.
The bayonet’s quillon was removed by the armorer following the modification dated October 29, 1913.
The blade is marked at the ricasso with a crowned GR for George V Rex (1911–1936).
