First-type bayonet recognizable by its socket fragment.

Solid blade S98/05 “Ohne Säge” (without saw).

Handle with grooved wooden grips, fastened together by round-headed bolts and slotted nuts.

Leather scabbard with two iron fittings, produced before 1915.

The bayonet comes with its leather bayonet frog.
