The obverse center features the profile of Henry IV with the inscriptions “HENRI IV ROI DE FRANCE ET DE NAVARRE” (Henry IV King of France and Navarre).
The reverse center of the insignia is decorated with three fleurs-de-lis and the inscriptions “HONNEUR ET PATRIE” (Honor and Fatherland).
Small enamel chips on the white branches, with some previously restored.
