Casque \u00e0 pointe prussien mod\u00e8le 1915 en cuir noir et \u00e0 garnitures en fer gris.<\/p>\n

Le casque est complet avec sa jugulaire et ses cocardes originales aux couleurs nationales noire-blanche-rouge \u00e0 droite et aux couleurs de la Prusse noire-blanche-noire \u00e0 gauche. La pointe du casque est bien amovible. Le casque est non reperc\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le mod\u00e8le 1915 marque un changement important par rapport aux versions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes du Pickelhaube, qui \u00e9taient principalement fabriqu\u00e9es en cuir durci. Pendant la Premi\u00e8re Guerre mondiale, les besoins en \u00e9quipement de masse et les contraintes li\u00e9es aux p\u00e9nuries de mat\u00e9riaux ont pouss\u00e9 l’arm\u00e9e allemande \u00e0 simplifier la production.<\/p>\n

Le mod\u00e8le 1915 utilise un cuir de qualit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure par rapport aux anciens mod\u00e8les et, dans certains cas, du m\u00e9tal pour le rendre plus r\u00e9sistant et moins cher \u00e0 produire.<\/p>\n

L\u2019une des principales diff\u00e9rences du mod\u00e8le 1915 est que la pointe sur le dessus du casque est amovible. Cela permettait de retirer facilement la pointe lorsque les soldats \u00e9taient en situation de combat ou dans des tranch\u00e9es. La pointe, qui n\u2019avait plus de fonction protectrice r\u00e9elle, pouvait devenir un d\u00e9savantage en accrochant des obstacles.<\/p>\n

Le fait de rendre la pointe amovible \u00e9tait une r\u00e9ponse pragmatique aux exigences des tranch\u00e9es, o\u00f9 la mobilit\u00e9 et la discr\u00e9tion \u00e9taient plus importantes que l’apparence militaire.<\/p>\n

Le Pickelhaube mod\u00e8le 1915 introduit des jugulaires et des plaques en m\u00e9tal gris mat ou en fer zingu\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter les reflets lumineux, une caract\u00e9ristique importante pour r\u00e9duire la visibilit\u00e9 sur le champ de bataille. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments remplacent les versions en laiton brillant des anciens mod\u00e8les, qui \u00e9taient trop visibles pour le champ de bataille.<\/p>\n
