No, we do not operate a traditional brick-and-mortar store. We have a small warehouse that is not open to the public. 3. WILL YOU BUY OR TRADE MY COLLECTION OR HISTORICAL MILITARY ANTIQUES?

Yes, we do purchase collections and historical military antiques. For more details, please contact us.

4. WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR ITEMS?

We source primarily in Europe. Over the past 8 years, we’ve traveled across France, Great Britain, Belgium, and Germany to find the best items for our clients, including rare military antiques.

5. ARE YOUR ITEMS AUTHENTIC?

Yes, all items on our website are “Original”. Original items, also known as military antiques, collectibles, or militaria, are genuine. We guarantee the authenticity of all items.

6. CAN ANYONE PURCHASE FROM YOU?

Yes, anyone can make a purchase. However, you must be at least 18 years old to use our website. Additionally, some items may have legal restrictions based on your shipping destination. For details, please refer to the item page or contact us.

7. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Goods are shipped within 72 hours of payment receipt unless otherwise agreed. Depending on the destination country, you will receive your product within 5 to 30 days. Indeed, some countries may take time to verify the legality and origin of packages sent from abroad.

8. can I get a refund if I no longer want the purchased item?

Yes, only if the product does not conform to the description on the website or the details provided via email or if you provide official expert proof of the product’s inauthenticity that we cannot dispute.

9. CAN I GET A REFUND ON A RETURNED LAYAWAY ITEM?

A tax of 20% of the product’s value will be applied for the inconvenience. The shipping costs will be at your expense.

10. DO YOU OFFER A LAYAWAY PLAN?

Yes, we offer the option to pay in 3 installments at no extra cost. In this case, the items will be held and shipped only after the final installment has been paid.

11. WILL YOU SHIP OVERSEAS WITHOUT INSURANCE?

No, all packages are fully insured. In the rare event that a package doesn’t reach its destination, the insurance allows you to be reimbursed for the item’s cost as well as the shipping fees, following an investigation by the postal service.

12. Are IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE ITEM PRICE OR SHIPPING CHARGES?

No, import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to determine any additional costs before making a purchase.

13. IF I HAVE A QUESTION ON AN ITEM, WILL YOU HOLD THE ITEM FOR ME WHILE I WAIT FOR THE ANSWER?

No, asking a question about an item will not hold it for you while you wait for a response. If you need to secure an item, it’s best to purchase it as soon as possible.

14. DO YOU ISSUE CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY?

For all items over $100 US dollars (or 100 euros), a certificate of authenticity will automatically be provided (by digital means). This certificate includes the description published on the site, as well as one or more color pictures of the object. For items costing less than 100 US dollars (or 100 euros), each certificate will be invoiced at $5 US dollars (or 5 euros).

15. CAN I USE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR PAYPAL FOR MY PURCHASE ?

Yes, all customers can use either a credit/debit card or PayPal for purchase. Additionally, we also accept wire transfers.
