Se puede identificar por los 7 \u00abgajos\u00bb de cuero, a diferencia de los 6 gajos utilizados a partir de 1916. El turbante (situado en la parte posterior de la banda de sudor) es del distintivo color <em>gris de fer bleut\u00e9<\/em>, est\u00e1ndar para el equipo de infanter\u00eda de 1915.<\/p>\n<p>El casco presenta un atributo de infanter\u00eda modelo 1915. Los remaches laterales son caracter\u00edsticos del estilo de fabricaci\u00f3n Dupeyron.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que hace que este casco sea especialmente fascinante es el toque personal: el soldado grab\u00f3 su nombre en la visera: \u00abHenry Lennory, Classe 1904\u00bb. Esto nos permiti\u00f3 localizarlo en los archivos. El soldado Lennory naci\u00f3 en La Mancha, en Normand\u00eda, y sirvi\u00f3 en el Regimiento de Infanter\u00eda de Saint-L\u00f4. Sufri\u00f3 dos heridas: una por bala durante la batalla de Verd\u00fan en 1916 y otra por metralla en 1917. En total pas\u00f3 34 meses en el frente! Este casco, usado en las trincheras de Verd\u00fan, no s\u00f3lo es un valioso artefacto hist\u00f3rico, sino tambi\u00e9n una pieza profundamente personal de la historia.
